I’m Abhishek, a statistician. I spend my days on research that leads to new medicines, and the evidence behind them: what it shows, and what it doesn’t.
I lead a team of statisticians at Pfizer in Chennai. I used to review cancer drug applications at the FDA. I think mostly about what evidence outside a trial is worth — real-world data, external controls, target trial emulation — and about asking the right question before the analysis starts.
